In similar to bank, we are extending credit facilities to individuals, business entities whether proprietorship, partnership firms, companies or any other legal entity. The money is advanced for commercial, working capital requirements and for business expansion purpose. The company has established its own standards and norms for evaluating different needs of its clients and always provides suitable payment option considering no harm to its customers.

1. Audited Balance Sheet of the company/firm/proprietorship for the last 3 years along with ITR acknowledgment and computation.
2. ITR Acknowledgement and Computation of all the Directors/Partners/Proprietor/ Guarantor of last 3 years.
3. PAN Card of in case of Company/Firm.
4. KYC Documents (PAN and Aadhar Card) and Contact details of all the Directors/Partners/Proprietor/ Guarantor.
5. Bank Statement of the Company/Firm/Proprietorship of last 6 Months.
6. Saving Bank Statement of All the Directors/Partners/Proprietor/Guarantor of last 6 Months
7. GSTR-3B return of Last 6 Months.
8. Loan amount and EMI Sheet.
9. Net-worth Certificate or Net-worth details.
10. Work order (Present and Future).
11. Companies AOA (Article of Association) and MOA (Memorandum of Association).
12. Copy of Partnership Deed.
13. List of Directors and Shareholders.
14. Electricity Bill and Property Tax Receipt.
15. Rent Agreement.
16. List of major Debtors and Creditors List.

Before Disbursement documents List

1. At least two references of each applicant with their contact number.
2. Sign verification cheque (Rs. 500 cheque of all applicant for verify the signature).
3. PDC (Post Dated Cheque) Cheque of Company/Firm and all the applicant.
4. Sign on ECS form (NACH-online and manual).
5. Minimum 4 Passport size photo of each Applicant and Guarantor.
